Skydiving in Asia And The Best Destinations In Asian Countries.

Tharahni Kalaiselvan / 29/01/2020

Skydiving in Asia on many people’s bucket list, and there is little question as to why. It is really an adrenaline shooting, once in a lifetime opportunity for us humans to see the world in which we live from a completely different perspective. However if you are willing to take the plunge but not to travel halfway around the world to do so, there are a few places to go skydiving in Asia, including some countries!

Rayong- Thailand

One of Thailand’s best places to skydive is over 300 days of fantastic mild weather. Freefall Thailand is another organization with skydivers who want to promote their country’s sport. They concentrate intensely on building a dropzone of world class and, above all as they emphasize outstanding safety standards.

They are situated along Rayong’s coastal province, 90 minutes from Pattaya. Their service is great as they offer jumpers staying in downtown Pattaya with a free shuttle bus service. Freefall has also secured exclusive land for its own private airfield. After a hop, head over to the beautiful beach of Laem Mae Phim, which is just a 10-minute ride away. Although Southeast Asia has plenty of places to go skydiving, this is one of the most beautiful spots to go.

Sentosa- Singapore

Outdoor skydiving is fine, but why not face free-fall conditions indoors and right here at home for a truly unique experience? Located in Sentosa, iFly Singapore enables its visitors to experience a fall of 12,000 to 13,000 feet for only a fraction of the cost. Skydivers join a nearly five-story high wind tunnel that offers unhindered views of the entire South China Sea. It’s Singapore’s best option to skydive.

Pangandaran- Indonesia

You can book a 2 day, 1 night stay with Nusawiru Paracenter for those who want the complete package, which includes transportation to the dropzone as well as lunch. This is a wonderful addition to complimenting your West Java journeys. The drop zone is situated at Pangandaran’s Nusawiru Airport. Pangandaran’s surf break known as “Airports” was compared with Bali’s Kuta and Legian, so extreme sports fans can prolong their adventures.

Banyuwangi- Indonesia

Despite being based in Denpasar, Skydive Adventure Flying Club is not operating in Bali officially. And, as it’s right on East Java’s coast, it’s the best chance you’ll get skydiving in Bali. They provide a skydiving academy and even a two-day package that includes a tandem jump from Bali, lodging, meals and transportation. The location is also a popular surf spot for adventure seekers known as G-Land. Adrenaline junkies would also like to add a stunning turquoise lake to the hiking Ijen crater in East Java.

Okegawa- Japan

Catch a ride with Tokyo Skydiving Club for the nearest drop zone to the capital city of Japan. If you’re residing in Tokyo, driving to your destination should take you about an hour drive. You’re going to travel on a comfortable 19-seater plane from there until you reach 12,500 feet in the air.
