Anemia is the occurrence of the deficiency of either the number or the quality of the red blood cells in the body. The red blood cells main function is to transport oxygen throughout the body by utilising this one protein called haemoglobin. When the level of your haemoglobin is lower than the normal reading or the level of your red blood cells is low, it highly possible that you are anaemic.

Anemia is not a disease, it’s a bodily malfunction which will interrupts in some parts of your daily life. For example, your hearts will work harder than usual to pump the sufficient amount of blood needed around the body in order to get adequate amount of oxygen. Some anaemic might feel exhausted when the cells don’t provide the body enough oxygen to function better.
